In Year 2, students begin to deepen their understanding of core concepts and become more independent in their learning. At École Internationale du Savoir, les Émeraudes, we guide each child through this stage with care and structure, helping them consolidate their reading, writing, and numeracy skills while fostering curiosity and self-confidence.
2. Active learning across a broad curriculum
Following the Cambridge Primary programme, Year 2 students continue to develop in English, Mathematics, and Science, while engaging in enriching subjects such as Art & Design, Music, Physical Education, and Global Perspectives.
3. A tailored approach in small classes
With a maximum of 15 students per class, our Year 2 learners benefit from individualized instruction and regular monitoring of their progress. Teachers are able to differentiate activities, provide timely support, and create a classroom culture that values each child’s voice, learning style, and pace.
